If you'd rather not manage another password, you can use your Google account to sign in.
How it works
Click Continue with Google on the sign-in or registration page.
Choose your Google account and approve the sign-in.
You'll be returned to Self Operating Brokerage and signed in.
We receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We never see your Google password.
If you already have an account
If your Google email matches the email on your existing account, the two are linked automatically the first time you use Google sign-in. You'll keep all your systems, brokerage connections, and history — nothing is duplicated or lost.
Signing up with Google for the first time
New accounts still require a four-digit access code. Enter your code on the registration page first, then use Google sign-in.
Common problems
"Unable to authenticate with Google" — usually the sign-in was cancelled, or the email address on your Google account isn't verified with Google. Verify your email with Google, then try again.
"Registration is currently limited to beta participants" — you're signing in with Google for the first time and haven't entered your access code. Go to the registration page, enter your code, then use Google sign-in.
You're in the wrong Google account — if you're signed into several Google accounts in your browser, you may be sent through with the wrong one. Sign out of Google, or use a private window, then try again with the correct account.
Switching between methods
If you registered with an email and password, you can still use Google sign-in later as long as the addresses match. If you signed up through Google and want a password too, use the forgot password flow to set one.
