Signing in to your account

Signing in with your email and password, and what to do if it fails.

Written by Austin Bouley

Sign in with the email address and password you used when you registered.

Signing in

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Tick Remember me to stay signed in on that device.

  4. Click to sign in.

If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you'll be asked for a code from your authenticator app next. See Setting up two-factor authentication.

Should you use "Remember me"?

It keeps you signed in on that device so you don't have to log in each visit. Use it on your own computer or phone. Leave it unticked on shared or public machines.

Common problems

Your email or password isn't accepted — check for typos and stray spaces, especially if you're pasting. If you signed up with Google, you may not have a password at all; use Continue with Google instead.

You're told to wait before trying again — after several failed attempts in a row, sign-in is temporarily limited to protect your account. Wait about a minute and try again. If you've forgotten your password, reset it rather than guessing.

You sign in but land somewhere unexpected — if your subscription isn't active, is paused, or your setup isn't finished, you'll be routed to the step that needs attention rather than the dashboard. This is normal. See Setting up your account: what to expect.

You've lost access to your two-factor device — use one of the recovery codes you saved during setup. If you don't have those, contact support.

Forgotten your password?

Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page. See Resetting your password.
