If you can't remember your password, you can reset it yourself from the sign-in page.
How to reset
Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
Enter the email address on your account and submit.
Check your inbox for the reset email.
Click the link in the email.
Enter your email address, then choose and confirm a new password of at least 8 characters.
Sign in with your new password.
Common problems
The email hasn't arrived — check your spam or promotions folder first. Make sure you entered the exact address on your account. Requests are limited to a few per minute, so if you clicked several times, wait a moment and check again rather than requesting more.
The link says it's expired or invalid — reset links are single-use and time-limited. Request a fresh one and use the newest email in your inbox; older links stop working once a new one is issued.
Your new password is rejected — it must be at least 8 characters, and both fields must match exactly. Watch for a trailing space if you're pasting.
The email on the reset page doesn't match — enter the same address you requested the reset with. If they differ, the reset won't complete.
You no longer have access to that email address — you can't reset without it. Contact support to verify your identity another way.
If you know your current password
You don't need this flow. Change it directly from your account settings — see Changing your password.
After resetting
If two-factor authentication is enabled, you'll still be asked for your authenticator code at sign-in. Resetting your password doesn't turn two-factor off.
