Pausing stops your subscription and your income systems for a set period, without cancelling. It's the right choice if you need a temporary break — travel, a change in circumstances, or wanting to sit out a stretch of market conditions.
How to pause
Go to Settings.
Find Manage Subscription.
Begin the cancellation flow.
Choose a pause length: 30, 60, or 90 days.
Confirm.
The pause option appears as the first step of the cancellation flow. You don't have to cancel to reach it.
What happens while paused
Billing stops for the pause period.
Your income systems stop operating and place no new trades.
Your brokerage connections, system settings, allocations, and history are all kept.
Signing in takes you to the paused screen rather than the dashboard.
Important: open positions
Pausing does not close positions that are already open at your brokerage. They stay there, and while you're paused your systems won't manage them — including closing them at profit targets or stop losses. If you have open positions, decide before you pause whether to close them first or manage them yourself at your brokerage.
Restarting
Click Restart Now on the paused screen at any time. Billing resumes and your systems pick back up with the settings you left. You don't have to wait for the pause period to end.
Pause or cancel?
Pause if you intend to come back — everything is preserved and restarting takes one click. Cancel if you're done. See Cancelling your subscription.
If pausing fails
You may see "Unable to pause your subscription. Please try again." Wait a moment and retry. If it keeps failing, contact support rather than cancelling as a workaround.
