Cancelling your subscription

How to cancel, when it takes effect, and what happens to open positions.

Written by Austin Bouley

You can cancel your data fee subscription at any time from your account settings.

How to cancel

  1. Go to SettingsManage Subscription.

  2. Start the cancellation flow.

  3. You'll first be offered a pause of 30, 60, or 90 days. Decline it to continue cancelling.

  4. Review the support options offered.

  5. Tell us why you're leaving — at least 10 characters, up to 2,000.

  6. Confirm.

We read every cancellation reason. If something isn't working, tell us plainly — it's the most useful feedback we get.

When it takes effect

Your subscription cancels at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You keep full access and your systems keep running until then. You aren't charged again.

Changed your mind?

Before the period ends, go back to SettingsManage Subscription and choose Resume. Everything continues as normal with no gap.

What happens after it ends

Your systems stop operating and place no new trades. Signing in takes you to the subscription page.

Your open positions

Any positions still open at your brokerage are not closed for you. They stay in your account and become yours to manage. Before your period ends, decide whether to close them through the app or take them over yourself.

Your data

Your account, brokerage connections, system configurations, and history are retained. If you resubscribe later, it's all still there.

Your activation fee

Cancelling the data fee does not refund the one-time activation fee. If you have questions about that, contact support directly.

If cancellation fails

You may see "Unable to cancel your subscription. Please try again." Wait a moment and retry. If it keeps failing, contact support — don't rely on a failed card to end billing.
