When your realized income reaches $10,000 in a calendar month, you can claim the Income Month Award.
Qualifying
You need $10,000 in realized income within a single calendar month, across all your active systems.
Realized means banked — closed trades, collected premium, and dividends received. Unrealized gains on open positions don't count until those positions close.
How to claim
Go to the award page, or click through from your dashboard banner when you're eligible.
Check your current income against the goal.
Click Claim Award.
You'll see: "Your award claim has been submitted. We'll be in touch shortly." Someone from our team will follow up.
If the button is disabled
You haven't reached $10,000 for the current month yet. The page shows your current figure against the goal.
Eligibility is checked again when you claim, so the button won't work if the figure has moved since the page loaded.
The month boundary
This tracks the current calendar month, and it resets on the first. If you're close to $10,000 late in a month, claim before the month ends — the counter starts again at zero.
Positions that close on the 1st count toward the new month, not the one just finished.
Checking your figure
The Calendar page breaks the month down day by day and shows which systems contributed, which is the quickest way to verify where you stand.
Claiming more than once
If you qualify in multiple months, contact support about additional months rather than assuming a second claim goes through automatically.
