Why you're being asked to subscribe

Why you're seeing the subscription page, and what happens to your systems.

Written by Austin Bouley

If you try to open the dashboard, your systems, or any other part of the app without an active subscription, you'll be taken to the subscription page instead.

Why this happens

The most common reasons:

  • You haven't subscribed yet. New accounts start here.

  • A payment failed. An expired or declined card will lapse your subscription.

  • You cancelled previously and your billing period has now ended.

  • Your trial ended without a successful charge.

What this means for your systems

Without an active subscription, your income systems stop operating. They don't place new trades.

Positions already open at your brokerage are not closed automatically. They remain in your brokerage account and become yours to manage directly until you resubscribe. If you're going to be lapsed for a while, review your open positions at your brokerage.

What's preserved

Nothing is deleted. Your brokerage connections, system configurations, allocations, and full trade history are all kept. When you resubscribe, everything is as you left it.

Getting back in

Choose a plan on the subscription page and complete checkout. Access restores as soon as payment confirms.

If a failed payment is the cause, updating your card in the billing portal is usually enough. See Managing your billing and payment method.

What you can still reach

Your account settings stay open, so you can update your payment method, change your password, or manage your subscription while lapsed.

If you've paid and still see this page

Refresh first. If it persists, contact support with the email address you paid with and we'll reconnect your subscription.
