Payment methods, invoices, and receipts are handled in your billing portal.
Getting there
Go to Settings.
Find Manage Subscription.
Click the billing portal link.
This opens Stripe's secure customer portal, where all payment information is held.
What you can do there
Update your card — add a new payment method or replace an expiring one.
View invoices — every charge on your account.
Download receipts — PDFs for your records or your accountant.
Update your billing address — including tax details where they apply.
Switch between monthly and yearly billing.
Updating an expiring card
Do this before it expires. A failed charge lapses your subscription, which stops your income systems from operating. Your card expiry is shown in the portal.
Switching monthly to yearly (or back)
Change your plan in the portal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you're credited for time already paid. Yearly costs $970 against $1,164 for twelve monthly payments.
Common problems
"No billing account is linked to your profile" — no payment record is connected to your account. This usually means you haven't subscribed yet, or you paid using a different email address. Contact support with the email you paid with and we'll link them.
A charge you don't recognize — check the invoice detail in the portal first, which shows the date, plan, and period covered. If it still looks wrong, contact support with the invoice number rather than disputing with your bank. A dispute freezes the account and takes longer to sort out.
You need a VAT or tax invoice — add your business details to the billing address in the portal, and future invoices will include them.
About your activation fee
The one-time activation fee is handled separately during signup and won't appear in this portal. Contact support for a receipt.
