Before you can use the platform, you'll activate your membership. Until you do, signing in takes you to the subscription page.
How to activate
Sign in. You'll land on the subscription page automatically.
Confirm the membership: $997 per year, everything included.
Continue to checkout.
Enter your payment details on the secure checkout page.
You'll be returned here and your access will open up.
When you're billed again
Your membership runs for a year and renews on the same date. We'll remind you before it renews, and you can cancel at any time before then from your account settings.
Where you enter your card
Payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure checkout page. Your card details are never entered on our site and we never see or store your full card number.
After checkout
You'll be returned to Self Operating Brokerage while your payment confirms. This takes a few seconds. Don't close the tab or hit back. Once confirmed, you'll move on to connecting your brokerage.
Common problems
You're still on the subscription page after paying. Confirmation occasionally lags. Refresh the page. If you're still stuck after a minute and your card shows a charge, contact support with the email you paid with.
You cancelled at checkout by mistake. You'll come back to the subscription page. Just start again. Nothing was charged.
Your card is declined. Check the number, expiry, and billing address, and confirm your bank isn't blocking the charge. Many banks flag first-time online subscriptions.
You paid with a different email than your account. This can prevent your membership from linking. Contact support with both addresses.
