Understanding a paused subscription

What a pause means for your systems, and how to restart.

Written by Austin Bouley

If your subscription is paused, you'll be taken to the paused screen whenever you sign in, instead of your dashboard.

What's happening

Your billing is stopped and your income systems are not operating. They aren't placing new trades or managing existing ones.

What's safe

Everything is preserved — brokerage connections, system configurations, allocations, trade history, and reports. Nothing is deleted while you're paused.

Your open positions

Positions already open at your brokerage stay open. Because your systems are paused, they won't be closed at their profit targets or stop losses. Check your brokerage account and manage anything open yourself, or restart your subscription so your systems resume handling them.

Restarting

Click Restart Now. Billing resumes on your existing plan and your systems return to the settings you left them on. There's no need to reconnect your brokerage or redeploy anything.

You can restart at any point — you don't have to wait out the full pause period.

What you can still do while paused

Your account settings remain available. You can update your payment method, change your password, and manage your subscription. The dashboard, systems, calendar, reports, and brokers pages stay closed until you restart.

When the pause period ends

Your subscription resumes automatically on your existing payment method. Make sure your card is still valid before that date — an expired card means a failed charge and a lapsed subscription rather than a clean restart.

You can cancel instead from your account settings. See Cancelling your subscription.
