Deleting removes a system from your account permanently.
Read this first
Deleting does not close your open positions. Any trades the system has live at your brokerage stay exactly where they are — and once the system is gone, nothing is managing them. They won't be closed at their profit targets or stop losses.
Close your open positions before deleting, or be ready to manage them yourself at your brokerage. See Closing a trade manually.
Consider turning it off instead
If you just want the system to stop trading, use the enabled toggle in its settings. It stops opening positions while keeping its configuration, allocation, and history intact — and you can turn it back on in seconds. Deleting is for when you're genuinely finished.
How to delete
Open the system.
Click More options → Delete System.
Type
deletein the confirmation box, lowercase, exactly as shown.Confirm.
You'll be returned to the Systems page.
What's removed
The system, its settings, its allocation, and its associated records. This can't be undone.
Trades that were executed still happened — they remain in your brokerage account's own records, and in the CSV export available from the Brokers page. If you want a copy of the history, export it before deleting.
Redeploying later
You can deploy the same system again on that account, but it starts fresh. Settings return to defaults, you'll set a new allocation, and previous history isn't restored.
If deletion fails
You may see "Unable to delete the system. Please try again." Wait a moment and retry. If it persists, contact support — and in the meantime, turning the system off achieves the practical effect of stopping it.
